Bruno fernandes sends strong warning to Chelsea and Arsenal amid top four race
Following the signing of a new contract, Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has warned the Red Devils’ Premier League rivals that the best is yet to come from his side.
The Portuguese midfielder has signed a new 4-year deal with the club, his new deal set to expire in 2026, with an option to extend for a further year.
Bruno wemt ahead to assure the fans that the best is yet to come at the club as they continue to keep their top 4 hopes alive.
Speaking to United’s official website, he said: “There is so much more that I want to achieve here, and I know that is the same for the rest of the squad and staff. More than anything, we want to give the fans the success that they deserve.
“We have shared some great moments over the last years, but the best is yet to come from myself and this team.”
Ralf Rangnick will hope that Fernandes can be a key player in the club’s attempts to play in the Champions League next season.
The 27-year-old has scored nine goals and notched 14 assists in all competitions so far this season.
Manchester United will be looking to reduce the gap between themselves and the three London teams above them on the log this weekend as they take on Leicester City, whilst Arsenal faces Crystal Palace. Chelsea take on Brentford, with Spurs set to entertain Newcastle United.
